Paralympics-Cycling races postponed due to heavy rainfall


PARIS (Reuters) - The road cycling events at the Paralympics have been delayed by an hour due to heavy rainfall, organisers said on Thursday.

The start of the men's race, which will be held over three laps instead of four, was postponed to 0830 GMT while the women's race will start at 0835.
