NANTONG: Mohd Danish Aizad Mohd Firdaus Chua has his Malay mother to thank for encouraging him to take up wushu.

The 20-year-old said her mother is a big fan of Chinese kungfu movies and was the one who instructed his father to enrol him in a wushu class.
