OCM sec-gen: NSAs must use separate bank account or risk losing funding


KUALA LUMPUR: The Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) secretary-general Datuk Nazifuddin Najib (pic) has warned national sports associations (NSAs) that they risk losing government funding if they are unwilling to open a separate bank account to facilitate the auditing process.

The new measure introduced by the Youth and Sports Ministry is to provide greater transparency in monitoring the funds allocated to NSAs.
