Judoka Amir knocks down Korean barriers to land gold in Asian Open


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Amir Daniel Abdul Majeed bagged the gold medal at the Asian Judo Open in Hong Kong on Monday.

The 20-year-old won the men’s below 81kg category after beating South Korean Kim Sun-woo in the final at the Ma On Shan Sports Centre.
