Harriz to honour late mother’s wish at world silat championships


PUTRAJAYA: “I will try to bring home a medal from the World Championships and show it at my late mother’s grave.”

This is the promise of young national pencak silat athlete Harriz Naufal Md Fadly, who recently lost his beloved mother but remains determined to carry the nation’s hopes at the 2024 World Championships in Abu Dhabi next week.
