Double gold in Asian meet set to change sailor Khairul’s career course next year


PETALING JAYA: Malaysian sailor Khairulnizam Afendy closed 2024 on a high note after bagging two gold medals at the ICLA Asian Open Championship in Haikou, China.

The 31-year-old sailor clinched the overall and Master titles (above 30-year-old) in ICLA7 class (formerly Laser) at the end of five-days of racing yesterday.
