Alia pays price for seeking glory in Ally Ong trophy

PETALING JAYA: National shooter Alia Sazana Azahari forked out her own money for a three-week training stint in Indonesia. But she thinks it’s money well spent before her assault on the National Shooting Association of Malaysia (NSAM) President Ally T.H. Ong Trophy 2020 from March 10 to 15.

The 28-year-old, who is currently without a coach, trained at the Senayan Shooting Range in Jakarta and even took part in an unofficial competition to prepare for the tournament, which will be held at the Subang Shooting Range.
