Malaysians fall in the semi-finals


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s run in the Pakistan Open ended with the defeats of Nafiizwan Adnan and S. Sivasangari (pic) in the men’s and women’s singles semi-finals in Karachi.

Egyptian top seed Karim Abdel Gawad took just 25 minutes to beat Nafiizwan 11-8, 11-5, 11-7 yesterday to book a place in the final.
