Joachim and Aira lead teammates into third round of world juniors


PETALING JAYA: Joachim Chuah (pic) and Aira Azman produced power-packed performances to storm into the third round of the World Junior Squash Championships in Melbourne yesterday.

Joachim, who received a bye in the first round, beat Kanta Ito of Japan 11-8, 11-6, 11-3 to book his berth in the third round of the boys’ individual event.
