Our Asian junior team look good for title even without Aira


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia will be playing at the Asian Junior Championships without the reliable Aira Azman for the first time since 2015 but the new breed still look good for a clean sweep in the tournament starting today at the Mushaf Squash Complex in Aabpara, Islamabad.

Aira started her dominance by securing back-to-back girls’ Under-13 titles in 2016 and 2017 and went on to secure double success in the Under-15 (2018 and 2019) and the Under-19 (2022 and 2023).
