Doyce beats India’s Dubey to send Malaysia camp into a frenzy


PETALING JAYA: Doyce Lee grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat to help Malaysia beat India 2-1 for a semi-final ticket in the girls’ team event at the World Junior Squash championships in Houston.

With the score tied at 1-1, Joyce was down 1-2 and was trailing 4-9 in the fourth set against Nirupama Dubey but her dogged fight saw her winning 11-7, 7-11, 5-11, 12-10, 11-3.
