Wendy and Dhabitah still in good stead to earn 3m dive ticket to Paris

Creditable outing: Malaysia’s Wendy Ng (left) and Nur Dhabitah Sabri finished eighth but they are still the second best Asian pair in the 3m springboard finals.

PETALING JAYA: Divers Wendy Ng Yan Yee and Nur Dhabitah Sabri did not get the early Olympic Games ticket for Malaysia in the women’s 3m springboard synchro but they should not be disheartened.

Wendy-Dhabitah finished eighth in the final with 272.94 points at the World Championships in Fukuoka yesterday.
