KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s top swimmer Khiew Hoe Yean (pic) ended his World Championship campaign on a quiet note.

The 21-year-old missed out on setting a second national record in Doha, Qatar after posting 15:31.23s in the men’s 1,500m freestyle heats.
