PETALING JAYA: Athletes competing in their first Olympics are sure to feel the nerves, but they shouldn’t let it ruin the experience.

Malaysian swimmer Welson Sim, who competed in both the 2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo Olympics, offered this advice to his junior, Khiew Hoe Yean, who will be making his debut in Paris next month.
