OPPO’s introduction of its latest flagship smartphone in Malaysia, the Find X3 Pro 5G, brings along with it the OPPO premium service – an exclusive customer experience for its users.

“The OPPO Find X series aims to be the top three flagship brands in Malaysia within three years, ” said OPPO Malaysia vice-president Garry Gong.

Since the arrival of OPPO in Malaysia in 2014, its Reno5 series has been the volume driver, leading Reno to become the No.1 smartphone series in the local mid- to high-range market.

With the advent of Find X3 Pro in Malaysia on March 25 this year, Gong said that OPPO is pushing to be one of the the top three flagship smartphone brands in Malaysia, as OPPO has laid the foundation in technology innovation, product upgrades and product lines.

“OPPO envisions a greater future and will introduce more and more groundbreaking flagship devices like the newly added Find X3 Pro to facilitate more and better interaction with users while penetrating the high-end smartphone market, ” he said.

Flagship service to match flagship device

OPPO is building an entire ecosystem and experience around the user purchase-to-usage journey.

For Find X3 Pro owners, they will be exclusively pampered with OPPO’s holistic after-sales premium services – hotline and premium lane whereby Find X3 Pro users can skip the queue and enjoy prioritised service; international warranty that allows users to repair their devices at any OPPO official service centre worldwide; among others.

Under the OPPO 2U service, customers who purchase OPPO smartphones via its official website get to select the nearest OPPO brand store for delivery.

With the OPPO Courier Send-in service, Find X3 Pro users enjoy free delivery when they send their device for repairs if they request for the service through the OPPO official website or the My OPPO app.

OPPO provides loan phones to users who need a smartphone while their device is being repaired.

Since 2018, OPPO has implemented MY OPPO Space – an interactive space that provides users high-quality product experiences and services, and creates a multi-category smart interactive area to share technology and lifestyle aspects whereby users can learn more about OPPO and enjoy shopping and after-sales service.

OPPO has invested RM6.5mil in MY OPPO Space, greatly expanding its services to reach users all over Malaysia.

OPPO launched its My OPPO app in 2016, so that users get to enjoy OPPO’s exclusive discounts and vouchers. OPPO users can collect points to exchange for product vouchers or redeem free sanitisation services via the app. To date, the app has registered one million users in Malaysia.

Gong said OPPO is aiming to double its smartphone sales in Malaysia this year, adding that OPPO has recorded impresssive sales for OPPO Find X3 in China.

OPPO’s strong research and development team consists of 10,000 personnel, with six research institutions and five R&D centres exploring future technologies such as under-screen camera, 125W flash charge and rollable display.

“OPPO brings technology created with heart and soul to every consumer. No matter how the market changes, building core technical capabilities and making good products is our pursuit, ” said Gong.

Towards this end, OPPO announced its plan to collaborate with National Geographic – to invite Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne and wildlife photographer Joel Sartore to use the Find X3 Pro as the main tool to capture images of endangered animals to raise public awareness. OPPO wants to use the power of the camera to ultimately protect endangered animals.

The OPPO Find X3 Pro 5G is priced at RM4,299 while the OPPO Enco X first premium wireless active noise-cancelling earphones are priced at RM699.

Pre-orders for the Find X3 Pro started on March 25, and is open April 8. Customers who pre-order the Find X3 Pro will receive free gifts worth up to RM1,935.
