NEED a new place to start your business? Look no further than Nadi in Bandar Rimbayu.

Over the years, Bandar Rimbayu adjacent to Kota Kemuning, Selangor, has witnessed a drastic growth in terms of township development and a booming population.

Through their endeavours in continuously building a wholesome township for its residents, Bandar Rimbayu by IJM Land has answered the rise in demand for quality education with Oasis International School, while also providing The Club – a resident clubhouse featuring first-class facilities.

Further proving their commitment to continuously improve conveniences for the residents, IJM Land is unveiling Nadi – a brand new business hub that encompasses the commercial park spanning 90ha, and the industrial park spanning 17ha.

Together, the commercial and industrial parks have a total gross development value (GDV) of at least RM2.6bil.

“We have always envisioned Bandar Rimbayu as a one-stop and self-sustaining township for all of our residents, and we are working tirelessly to realise that goal every day, ” said the township’s senior general manager Chai Kian Soon.

“With the exciting addition of Nadi, it will be a well-known business hub offering a variety of business activities.

“Nadi will also double as a bustling central meeting point and a gateway for trade among the community as it sits at the heart of Bandar Rimbayu.”

Bandar Rimbayu’s proximity to commercial and residential hotpots of Shah Alam and Kota Kemuning has transformed the region into a high catchment area in recent years.

This exciting launch comes after a very positive outlook on Bandar Rimbayu’s latest residential development Starling, whose 680 units were sold out within a short period.

Robin @ Rimbayu is set to be launched in Q3 2021, offering home-buyers 615 units of double storey link homes with lush green spaces, and emphasising on outdoor activities such as outdoor gym equipment, community planting, camp site and more.

NADI commercial park: Uptown @ Rimbayu

The great variety of lot and shop types available at Uptown @ Rimbayu were purposefully designed for their flexibility to attract a broad spectrum of businesses.

With different designs catered to different needs, the units comprise eight premium link shops, 55 link shops and five single storey boutique shops.

Modern and lifestyle businesses, for instance, can opt for lots with sizeable balconies that could add value to their customers.

Fast food lovers can also visit the McDonald’s outlet which is opening in Q3 2021, while an adjacent 1ha land has been sold for construction of a corporate office.

Moving forward, IJM Land is optimistic that the commercial park will witness a boom as more businesses within the sectors of food and beverages, hotels and institutions, residential malls, sports centres, show rooms and corporate offices come together and transform the area into a bustling economic hub.

Industrial park

As part and parcel of Bandar Rimbayu’s township planning that emphasises the safety, health and well-being of their residents, Nadi prioritises the operation of non-polluting, light and medium industrial tenants for its industrial park.

In doing so, Nadi is seeking to attract more clean industrial sub-sectors such as logistics, warehouses, life science, 3S/4S service centres, manufacturing and technology.

The developer is seeking to drive more opportunities and collaborations with established and sustainable industry players in cultivating a more conducive industrial hub.

Socioeconomic boost

In solidifying Nadi’s stature as an up-and-coming industrial gateway which will see an increase in activity and traffic from major transportation hubs, Nadi is well-connected with the country’s main gateway by sea, as Port Klang is only 28km away.

Meanwhile, Subang Airport is 32km away, and KLIA 35km away.

For official businesses, business owners and management can opt for short trips to Shah Alam (15km), Putrajaya (25km) and Kuala Lumpur city centre (40km).

From the township, communities are in close proximity to entry and exit points of Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS), Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA), Expressway Lingkaran Tengah (ELITE), the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and also the West Coast Expressway (WCE) which will be completed in 2024.
