THE largest smart living system on Malaysia’s East Coast has been launched by KotaSAS Sdn Bhd, in partnership with Wawasan Intact Properties (Pahang) Sdn Bhd (Wawasan Intact Group) and GO Smart Lifestyle Systems Sdn Bhd.
The smart living launch, as well as the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the three parties – KotaSAS, Wawasan Intact Group and GO Smart Lifestyle Systems – was held on May 25 at the KotaSAS Sales Gallery.
Aspiring to be the best place to live in Kuantan, KotaSAS will be adopting smart home systems and infrastructure as the key enabler to achieve this vision.
The recently launched Central Residence is the first project in KotaSAS to feature smart home-ready infrastructure.
