CELEBRATED Malaysian songstress and now businesswoman Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin has officially become the first mentoring student under RichWorks International Sdn Bhd's Titanium Premier - Partner (TPP).
“Learning business in school and putting it into practice isn't as easy as it seems, and business is challenging in today's environment," Siti shared.
"However, RichWorks and mentor Datuk Dr Azizan Osman have the ability to assist entrepreneurs.
"Just because you did well in school doesn't imply you'll perform well in real life," she explained.
The mother of two, who has been in the entertainment industry for 25 years and the proud owner of the SimplySiti brand, hopes to grow the business to achieve RM200mil in sales by 2024.
According to her mentor and RichWorks founder, Azizan, both parties decided to further develop SimplySiti as a sustainable business after a lengthy discussion.
"As the founder of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance items, Siti has great potential to grow the business with proper guidance, even to aid her in digitalising her marketing methods to expand SimplySiti's market, not only in Malaysia, but also in Indonesia and the Middle East.
"With RichWorks as a strategic partner, we will be able to assist Tokti (Siti) in taking SimplySiti's business to the next level with our expertise in marketing strategy and brand consultancy.”
In the past RichWorks has worked with brands like Sabella, Eskayvie, Hasnuri, Anggun Collection, Noir and more.
“SimplySiti has even more potential because it was founded by Tokti,” said Azizan.
"I appreciate Tokti and SimplySiti chairman Datuk Seri Khalid Mohamad Jiwa (Datuk K) for having faith in me and RichWorks on our capacity to transform businesses and even entrepreneurs over the last 14 years," he said.
RichWorks chief operating officer Suley Nordyana Yahya and Siti signed the joint venture agreement and the official acceptance as TPP, witnessed by Azizan.
Sabella founders Siti Fatimah Abd Samad and Mohd Sufian Sulaiman were also recognised as TPP.
Both have successfully transformed their business from home-based to achieve revenue of over RM100mil last year.
RichWorks executive chairman Datuk Zafrol Rizal Mat, SimplySiti CEO Aazief Khalid and over 60 Titanium Premier members from diversified small and medium enterprises who are leaders in their respective industries, were also present.
In the same event, Datuk Aznil Nawawi, who represents Yayasan Pesona, was also appointed as a training partner for Pesona Leadership to millionaire entrepreneurs by RichWorks’ chief business officer Radz Mohd.
Aznil will lead a special workshop in July focusing on communication, clarity and confidence that’s required from an organisation leader.
“Titan Premier” is RichWorks' highest level of exclusive coaching and accepts only millionaire entrepreneurs who are devoted in growing their businesses to hundreds of millions of ringgit in sales, are leaders in their respective industries and have been identified as having the ability to grow even further while building the marketplace.
Siti will have direct access to Azizan’s expertise and coaching sessions to help SimplySiti reach its greater sales target of multi-million ringgit each year.
"Since 2008, RichWorks has been a marketing and business strategy consulting company that has demonstrated the ability to transform hundreds of businesses with the aspiration to become an entrepreneurial nation, in keeping with our tagline ‘This is where millionaire entrepreneurs are born’.”
"Through the Titanium Premier community, Tokti will be part of our network of positive millionaire entrepreneurs that are genuinely motivated and serious about growing their business," he concluded.
