HERBALIFE NUTRITION – the global nutrition company that sells and distributes high quality nutrition products and programmes for the promotion of health, fitness and wellness – has discovered that counterfeit products carrying the “Herbalife” brand or logo is increasingly being sold through the online platform operated by Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd (www.shopee.com.my). These include the Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink and Herbalife Tea Mix.
Take notice that:
1. Herbalife does not consent to nor authorise any sale of these products or any Herbalife nutrition products through any online selling channel or platform.
2. Herbalife has no association or connection with any online selling channel or platform.
3. Herbalife does not guarantee the genuineness and quality of any product purchased from unauthorised sellers, including from online selling channels or platforms.
4. Herbalife actively monitors online selling channels and platforms for any unauthorised sale of Herbalife nutrition products whether counterfeit or otherwise and shall take necessary legal action against unauthorised errant sellers to the fullest extent permitted by law.
