AYAM Brand marks 130 years of providing quality food innovation by paying tribute to the “flavours of home” with a limited-edition e-recipe book and exciting events.

“130 years is a long journey of serving the community and we believe that many Malaysians across generations have been part of Ayam Brand’s journey at one point in time,” said A. Clouet Co KL Sdn Bhd general manager Chin Lee Foon.

Ayam Brand collaborated with local celebrity chefs and fellow Malaysians to develop the ‘130-Years of Homely Goodness’ recipe e-book to inspire more exciting culinary creations that can be birthed from Ayam Brand’s wide range of food products.

The e-book showcases new and easy-to-follow recipe ideas for every meal of the day, including coconut sardine pancake with baked beans for breakfast, vegetarian kway teow for lunch, as well as stir-fry mackerel and soba noodles for dinner. Supporting tastemakers through the years

Ayam Brand has been a part of countless food and beverage (F&B) businesses, with many businesses relying on the rich taste of Ayam Brand to define the flavours of their culinary creations and have grown a base of customers who love their food.

In conjunction with the anniversary, Ayam Brand documented the stories of two successful F&B owners who have created their very own dishes using their favourite Ayam Brand products with strong links between the brand and local businesses. Watch the video here.

130 years of care for every home

This year, the brand is giving back to the underprivileged by raising funds for charity through hot foods sold at the ‘Celebrating 130 Years’ roadshow in Sunway Pyramid, as well as helping people adopt greener habits by providing recycling services for the public to bring in used food cans at its first-ever recycling station during the same event.

Fans can also enjoy three special Ayam Brand hot delicacies sold at an affordable price, which will see its profits going toward charity for orphanages and receive a Ayam Brand tote bag for any five empty and clean Ayam Brand cans they recycle at the event.

“At Ayam Brand, we will continue to do our part for the environment and society as our way of giving back. To reduce waste and carbon footprint, we aim to help increase the recycling rate of household waste to 40%, in line with the Twelfth Malaysia Plan.

“In terms of corporate social responsibility, we hope more members of the public can join us as we raise funds for charity. Together, we are certain we can make a difference in every home,” said Chin.
