IN taking a step forward towards revitalising the East Coast region, AIM Realty Development has signed an agreement with Asbenz Stern to build its Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in the developer’s Mahkota Valley development, which is located at the centre of Bandar Baru Kuantan, Indera Mahkota.
Asbenz Stern managing director Goh Chuan Kiong thanked the community for their support in helping the dealership grow from strength to strength in the region to reach this milestone.
“Autohaus is a state-of-the-art facility designed by the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Germany and will be equipped with the Mercedes-Benz state-of-the-art CI retail concept.
“It’s set to wow customers with an exciting world-class luxury Mercedes-Benz retail concept – one of it’s kind in the East Coast region,” said Goh.
The Autohaus will be equipped with the latest workshop tools and equipment and manned by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians to offer the best after sales support complemented by the latest technology to service and repair technologically advanced Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
“We are also planning to bring electric vehicles into the East Coast market in line with Mercedes-Benz’s ambition towards electrification. To this end, the new Autohaus will be quipped with an electric fast charger and we will be bringing in the latest and most exciting Mercedes-Benz EQ electric vehicles,” said Goh.
The new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2024.
The Mahkota Valley development is designed to blend residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment purposes. To this end, practical functions are physically and functionally integrated to provide pedestrian connections within the development itself.
In addition to the Mercedes-Benz Autohaus, Mahkota Valley will be housing the Valley Suite studio apartments, and the TAR UC campus which can accommodate about 5,000 students.
The commercial component includes amenities such as bungalow offices, a shopping strip mall, 118 shop offices and drive-through food and beverage outlets, among other commercial lots.
Development in the East Coast region, particularly in Pahang, is set to have a positive impact on the nation in general and the state in particular.
Increased commercial activity and industries have created numerous job opportunities in the region and raised the standard of living for the community.
