The Qing restaurant, located in Jalan Kamunting, one of the oldest streets in Kuala Lumpur, is well known for its rich heritage.

Founded by W.K. Chan, who had a vision to bring the flavours of China to Malaysia, The Qing serves traditional but Muslim-friendly Chinese dishes with a modern twist.

Fine food

The Qing pays close attention to detail when it comes to its dishes.

From the high-grade ingredients, cooking process to creative plating, The Qing ensures that its diners are treated to servings of the finest quality.

On the menu are delectable delights such as the homemade Muslim-friendly Dim Sum, South Lobster Combination Platter, Apple Wood Smoked Roast Peking Duck, Steamed Marble Goby in Hong Kong Style, as well as vegetarian fare.

Muslims are welcome to break their fast at The Qing which serves a wide variety of Ramadan delicacies.

The Qing also caters for Hari Raya Open House during the month of Syawal whereby inviting visitors of all races by offering Kambing Bakar and special season Raya Dimsum.

Additionally, it provides fair and affordable pricing for its food - Dim Sum rate starting from RM9 to RM12 per basket, RM198 for whole Peking duck which comes with two courses while RM26 per 100gm steam Marble Goby fish.

Private dining

Antique vases, ornamental items and Chinese doors with wooden fences feature in the interior design which gives The Qing a very Chinese ambience.

For private functions, you can opt to have them in the exclusive private rooms which provide ample space from 10 pax up to 20 pax.
