The property giants win big with their latest Quayside JBCC development

IT COMES as no surprise that Bangsar Heights Pavilion Sdn Bhd (BHP) – a multiple award-winning property development company, has added a whole list of new accolades to its name, setting new standards in architectural ingenuity and excellence.

For over three decades, BHP has stood as an epitome of excellence in property development.

Founded by the visionary Datuk Seri Dr Robert Lim A.N., the company has achieved remarkable feats in developing more than 50 residential, commercial and industrial marvels across Malaysia with GDV of over RM4.7 billion – an illustrious record that demonstrates a sterling reputation for quality and innovation.

Their latest project, Quayside JBCC – a 180m ultra-lux commercial building in the heart of Johor Baru’s bustling city centre, stands the crowning achievement of BHP.

Located within the Ibrahim International Business District (IIBD) – the core economic area of southern Malaysia, the development has reached new heights by winning the prestigious Five Star American Standard Asia Pacific Property Award 2023-2024 (APPA) for Best Leisure Development in Malaysia, bestowed upon by the International Property Awards (IPA).

This accolade is a testament to the project's commitment in delivering exceptional leisure experiences and signifies its elevation to a league of its own.

Quayside JBCC is offering a splendid urban-chic serviced suite adorned with full height glazing that allows an awe-inspiring, unobstructed 360-degree, magnificent, panoramic view of the Johor Strait, the sea and the world-renowned Singapore skyline. This state-of-the-art property is more than just a building; it is a testament to architectural brilliance and design finesse that consists of 482 serviced suites, 24 commercial retails and 200 hotel suites.

Quayside JBCC was also named a Regional Nominee in Asia Pacific at the international level – a component of the International Property Awards (IPA) that honours achievements in the property and real estate sector globally – a resounding recognition of the outstanding brilliance and design of the project.

But Quayside JBCC isn't just a structure – it's a marvel. Anticipated to be a certified green building, it will also feature innovative rainwater harvesting built with Industrial Building System (IBS) and Qlassic certified.

The building also proudly showcases an alluring facade adorned with transparent LED lights infusing radiance into its surroundings and spacious double volume floor-to-ceiling glazing for a captivating panoramic view.

The crowning jewel is its transparent cantilevered sky pool that sits at an altitude of 180m, an architectural wonder that is the first of its kind in Malaysia.
