JUST recently, Clinixero, a healthcare management brand of Sozo Management and Resources Sdn Bhd, was honoured with the ‘Reverse Diabetes Centre of the Year in Asia Pacific’ award at the illustrious GlobalHealth Asia Pacific Summit and Conference 2024, held in Phuket, Thailand.

This remarkable achievement not only celebrates Clinixero’s commitment to excellence but also solidifies its position as a leader in the field of lifestyle diseases management.

Clinixero’s co-founder Andrew Chiew, expressed his elation, stating, “The GlobalHealth Asia Pacific Summit and Conference is a significant event that brings together leading healthcare professionals and organisations from across the region.

“The recognition of Clinixero on such a prestigious platform underscores the brand’s commitment to innovative healthcare solutions and its impact on improving the lives of individuals.”

This esteemed accolade adds to Clinixero’s growing list of distinguished achievements. Last year, the brand was lauded with the Asia Honesty Enterprise Award from the Asia Excellence Entrepreneur Federation (AEEF).

The previous year, it earned a place in the Malaysia Book of Records for enrolling the highest number of patients in a virtual diabetic programme.

These accolades highlight Clinixero’s ongoing commitment to innovation and delivering outstanding healthcare services.

The award received at the GlobalHealth Summit is particularly noteworthy because it represents Clinixero’s first regional recognition.

This milestone reflects the brand’s expanding influence in the Asia Pacific healthcare sector.

Clinixero’s other co-founder Dr Jasmine Chiew, expressed her gratitude and pride in this achievement.

“Since 2019, Clinixero has been deeply committed to serving the community. In partnership with Lions Club International, we have conducted numerous free health talks on diabetes and sponsored free blood sugar testing at various health awareness events.

“Together, Dr Andrew and I have delivered more than 500 health talks across Malaysia and even in Singapore, aiming to educate the public on diabetes management and prevention,” she explained.

Lions Club International, a service organisation with over 1.4 million members globally, has been a pivotal partner in Clinixero’s outreach initiatives.

Dr Andrew served as the district chairperson for diabetes awareness under District 308B1 from 2019 to 2023 and will resume this role in July 2024.

His leadership and dedication to raising awareness about diabetes have been instrumental in Clinixero's success.

Bolstered by this prestigious accolade, Clinixero will continue to expand its services and reach with the aim of making a profound and positive impact across the Asia Pacific region.
