SINCE 2015, EcoWorld has ignited a sense of patriotism among Malaysians through its #AnakAnakMalaysia (AAM) campaign.
This vibrant initiative – dedicated to strengthening national unity and fostering community spirit across the nation, also aligns with the company’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.
This year #AAM 2024 returns with the theme "We Care " – a call to action, emphasising the importance of unity and community spirit as Malaysians come together to create a positive impact. It's a reminder of everyone’s collective responsibility to the environment, the need to strengthen community bonds, and the importance of promoting overall well-being.
As part of this initiative, EcoWorld is organising the duduk Fun Run and Bazaar – events that are specifically designed to bring people together. These AAM events aim to foster unity through shared activities, encouraging participants to engage in outdoor pursuits and adopt a healthy lifestyle. The theme highlights the importance of putting the community first and caring for one another, reflecting the essence of what #AnakAnakMalaysia stands for.

An exciting weekend at the duduk Fun Run and Bazaar
Scheduled for Sept 14, 2024 (Saturday) from 4pm to 10pm at Eco Majestic City, Semenyih, the duduk Fun Run and Bazaar events have something for everyone.
Participants can look forward to a 5km carbon-free run, promoting environmental consciousness while staying active. For those who love to dance, the duduk Fun Aerobic Zumba session will have them moving to the beat in no time. Get ready to join in on this exciting event that blends health, community and sustainability.
A must-experience is the duduk Fun Bazaar, where visitors can discover and support over 40 local enterprises. It’s an opportunity to support local vendors while enjoying a vibrant marketplace atmosphere like never before.
Visitors can feast their eyes on an array of goodies, ranging from mouth-watering delicacies and organic products to creative artisan crafts and handmade goods. EcoWorld’s initiative doesn’t just celebrate sustainability – it also supports the local economy by providing a platform for vendors to shine.
To support EcoWorld’s green initiative, all vendors will also be switching to sustainable utensils and packaging like biodegradable plastics, thereby reducing single-use waste. Visitors are advised to bring a larger reusable bag to carry all their treasures too, just in case the provided biodegradable packaging isn’t enough. Cash payments are also available for a seamless and stress-free shopping experience.
On top of that, visitors get to enjoy live music from talented buskers and take in the beauty of the energy-efficient LED lighting decorations at the venue.
In keeping with the event’s commitment to sustainability, attendees are encouraged to carpool and bring their own reusable water bottles.
