The Delux Flagship Store in Puchong holds the title of the largest showroom for trackless autogates and security doors in Malaysia.
DELUX, the leading Malaysian brand in fully aluminium trackless folding autogates and security doors, has launched its latest flagship store in Puchong, Selangor, coinciding with its 20th anniversary.
With a built-up area of 19,788.13sq ft, the Delux Flagship Store is the largest trackless autogate and security door showroom in Malaysia, recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR).
The certificate of recognition was presented by MBR chief operating officer Jwan Heah to Delux founder Datuk Dylan Chui at the grand opening ceremony of the flagship store.
The event was also attended by distinguished guests from various sectors, as well as Delux managing director Wendy Chui, production directors Chen Koon Lin and Loh Kah Choon, Senz Malaysia managing director Datin Katherine Leong, Selangor state executive councillor for Investment, Trade and Mobility Ng Sze Han, OE Academy founder Datuk Dr Calvin Khiu and his wife Datin Moon, and Paralympic gold medalist Cheah Liek Hou.
Designed to inspire, the spacious and welcoming Delux flagship store features modern home replicas, allowing visitors to experience firsthand how Delux’s products complement their homes.
The launch of the Delux flagship store coincided with the company’s 20th anniversary, adding a festive touch to this significant milestone.
The showroom showcases over 20 designs of the AlutechDoor, the brand’s fully aluminium security door, alongside more than 10 designs of the UniGate, Delux’s aluminium trackless folding autogate.
All Delux products are designed, developed and manufactured in-house in Malaysia. Among the store’s unique features is a Dark Room that highlights the illuminating LED autogates, and an R&D Showcase Area where visitors can observe the rigorous testing processes behind the products, certified for durability by SIRIM. Visitors can even test the build quality themselves.
Delux representatives are on hand to help homeowners select the ideal autogate and security door to suit their needs. A dedicated kids’ playroom is also available, making the showroom family-friendly.
In celebration of the opening, Delux is hosting a nationwide lucky draw from now until January 2025. Customers at all official Delux outlets and dealers have a chance to win RM238,888.88 worth of prizes, including the grand prize of an electric vehicle (EV) and monthly prizes like massage chairs, tablet devices and kitchen appliances.
Heah proudly presents the certificate of recognition to Chui, marking the latest achievement in Delux's impressive list of record-breaking successes recognised by the MBR.

Delux holds five additional records in the Malaysia Book of Records – Longest Trackless Folding Autogate (2020), Most Trackless Autogate Designs (2022), First Certified Fully Aluminium Security Door (2022), Biggest Trackless Autogate Manufacturing Factory (2022) and Heaviest Load Support by An Autogate Hinge System (2023), capable of supporting up to 4,588.72 kg.
