Oats Studios’ ‘Gdansk’ reworks David vs Goliath

Inspired by a painting of the Battle of Grunwald, the largest battle of the Middle Ages, Neill Blomkamp's graphic short film Gdansk sets things up for a larger conflict. 

An enormous, power-shifting conflict that resulted in significant gains for the Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Battle of Grunwald resulted in a decisive defeat for the better equipped and better organised Teutonic Knights.
