Diesel has unveiled the Full Guard 2.5 collection, a new generation of biker-esthetic smartwatches, with customisable dials. Starting in October, the different models of the new collection will be available from a selection of stores and online from www.diesel.com.

As the back to work season gets under way, accessory and ready-to-wear brands are launching new collections to bring a touch of style to the return to the daily grind. With its latest line of touchscreen smartwatches, Diesel has taken wearables to new heights with new functionalities and optimised performance.

Powered with Wear OS by Google and the Qualcomm® Snapdragon Wear™ 2100 SoC., the Full Guard 2.5 line is compatible both with Android and Apple's iPhone range. Along with all the usual smartwatch functions, like notifications for incoming SMS messages, email, and calls, and music playback control, the timepiece also offers a range of new innovations.

The Full Guard 2.5 connects to Google Assistant to take orders and answer questions, embarks an onboard GPS that enables you to track your position and record the distance covered on a run or a hike even when you have left your phone at home, make purchases with NFC contactless payment, and monitor your heart rate. And there is one more added bonus, the smartwatch is waterproof to a depth of 30m.

The collection includes several different cases (matte steel, gray steel, matte black steel, and gray stainless steel) and a choice of straps or a bracelet (black leather, brown leather, black silicone, or a three-link metal bracelet). The launch of the new timepiece will be accompanied by campaign featuring the brand's new ambassador, DJ Steve Aoki. – AFP Relaxnews
