PlayStation 4 passes 100 million shipments, Nintendo Switch keeps up pace

The Nintendo Switch Lite is to launch in September this year at US$199 (RM825), lopping US$100 (RM414) off the price of the original model. — AFP Relaxnews

Over 100 million PlayStation 4 consoles have been sent to stores between launch in November 2013 and the end of June 2019, according to Sony, while Nintendo's figures indicate its hybrid Switch console is maintaining a similar momentum ahead of September's Switch Lite release.

Sony Interactive Entertainment has shipped more than 100 million PlayStation 4 consoles during its five years and seven months of availability.
