Online shoppers who are hoping to track their parcel deliveries online may be in for a wait as Pos Malaysia has announced that their website is currently inaccessible due to technical issues.

The postal delivery service company issued a statement on its social media platforms on Oct 20 to inform users of the ongoing downtime, adding that a technical team is also in the process of rectifying the technical issues.
