IBM to close its office in Cyberjaya on May 31


IBM has announced the closure of its Cyberjaya based Global Delivery Centre, adding that its other operations in Malaysia would continue. — Dreamstime/TNS

IBM will be shutting down its Global Delivery Centre (GDC) located in Cyberjaya as part of restructuring efforts, closing the seven-year-old facility come May 31.

The Edge Markets reported that the closure of the centre would not impact the tech giant’s other operations in Malaysia, including the head offices located in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
