Epic Games admits Fortnite’s Impostor mode was ‘inspired’ by Among Us


Fortnite is finally admitting its Impostor mode was inspired by Among Us in a patch note, after being called out for copying Innersloth's game earlier. — Innersloth

Like a student busted for copying, Fortnite is finally citing its references for its Impostor mode, which it admits was inspired by indie game Among Us.

In a recent update, Fortnite announced some additional features to its Impostors mode and added that the game mode was “inspired by Among Us from Innersloth”.
