Maybank revises customer service hotline operating hours, 24-hour service remains for fraud-related issues


The bank assured customers that hotline operating hours for critical services such as lost or stolen cards, fraud-related issues, ATM or self-service terminal queries and Maybank2u password-related matters will continue to operate as usual for 24 hours, seven days a week. — ART CHEN/The Star

PETALING JAYA: Maybank announced that its customer service hotline operating hours has been revised to 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, effective today (Feb 14).

In a statement, the company said the change was due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases.
