Apple has raised the monthly subscription fee on the 2TB tier of iCloud+ in Malaysia from RM39.90 to RM44.90.
One silver lining is that the existing prices for the 50GB and 200GB plans for iCloud+ have remained unchanged at RM3.90 and RM11.90 respectively. Users are also eligible for 5GB of free iCloud storage.
This is more than can be said for some other regions that have also been hit with a price increase, with the United Kingdom facing a bump across all tiers of the service.

The price hike for Malaysian users appears to be relatively slight in comparison, considering that other regions faced hikes ranging from 20% to 30%. In contrast, the local price increase sits at about 12%.
Other countries affected include Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Tanzania, South Africa, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, to name but a few.

A report from Macrumors has also indicated that no change in price has been noted in the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
iCloud+ subscriptions include additional features such as iCloud Private Relay, Hide My Email, Custom Email Domain and HomeKit Secure Video.
It is worth noting that there has not been any changes in pricing to Apple One, the company’s all-in-one subscription bundle that comes with iCloud+, Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, and Fitness+.
Touch 'n Go is currently also offering free subscriptions to iCloud+, Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade to iPhone users via its ewallet app.
