An FDNY firefighter has been arrested for posting a sexually explicit video of his ex-girlfriend online, police said on Aug 17.

Firefighter Derelle Guy, 34, was driving on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn when his car broke down near the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge about 9.55pm on Aug 17.

Police arrested him because his license was suspended and he had no insurance – then learned he had been named in a complaint filed by his 32-year-old ex-girlfriend, police said.

The ex-girlfriend alleged he had posted an explicit video of her online without her permission. Guy was then charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

An FDNY official said Guy will be suspended from duty following his expected arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
