(Reuters) - Spanish travel booking group Amadeus will buy Portugal-based face-recognition technology company Vision-Box for 320 million euros ($346.7 million), it said in a filing to the CNMV stock market regulator.

The deal for Vision-Box, which provides face-recognition technology for airports, airlines and border control services, is subject to regulatory approval but expected to close in the first half of the year, Amadeus said.
