Posts on Facebook appear to be missing, according to reports from users of the Meta-owned social media platform.

The issue does not appear to be affecting all users on the platform, as in tests, LifestyleTech was able to view the posts in certain accounts but was shown a notice that reads “no posts available” on others.

Despite the issue, users can still view profiles on the platform.

Currently, it is unclear what is causing the issue, as Facebook and its parent company Meta have not issued any statement on the matter.

Outage-tracking website downdetector.com appears to have started receiving reports on the issue from as early as 11am today (April 16), with the issue still ongoing as of the time of writing.
