PETALING JAYA: Maybank has announced a temporary shift in its online banking maintenance window to 11.30pm until 11.59pm on Wednesday (Oct 9), to accommodate the upcoming 10.10 sale.

The adjustment aims to minimise disruptions for users during the online sale event.

Maintenance for the bank's online services are usually scheduled for between 12am to 1.30am.

Services unavailable during the maintenance window include Maybank2u, the MAE app, the QRPayBiz app and Wealth app, FPX online payments, debit card transactions, and self-service terminals including ATMs, cash deposit, and cheque deposit machines.

Maybank has shifted maintenance timings for its online banking services in the past, usually to accommodate ecommerce shoppers during sales periods.
