PETALING JAYA: Grab has now extended the hours of its GrabCar Saver rides in the Klang Valley.

Users can now book cheaper rides using this feature from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, as opposed to the previous time window of 10am to 1pm.

This follows the ehailing company’s decision in June to cut the availability of discounted rides from seven hours a day to just three.

The latest adjustment completely reverses the previous reduction, expanding the feature’s availability to eight hours daily.

The GrabCar Saver feature, offering rides at up to 20% lower fares, was first introduced in the Klang Valley in December 2023.
