It was Abe’s fault

MY last trip to Mulu Caves was with my buddies some 20 years ago. We climbed the pinnacles and did some adventure caving. We also explored the Deer Caves and saw the famous rock profile of Abraham Lincoln.

Recently, I decided to go back there with my wife to rekindle those good old memories. She had heard much about the beauty of Mulu but had never been to the place. We had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Royal Mulu Resort, a far cry from those days where we stayed in a plain wooden house.
