PETALING JAYA: Iris Corp Bhd has entered into a RM793.21mil build-own-transfer agreement with the Republic of Guinea in West Africa to supply and implement secure chip technology solutions, including electronic passports, visas, permanent residence identification cards and related software and hardware.
The company said in a Bursa Malaysia announcement that the contract would be for a period of 15 years and that it would contribute to earnings and earnings per share for the next financial year.
