Iris again extends deadline for offer

PETALING JAYA: Iris Corp Bhd has again extended the deadline for the acceptance of its offer to acquire all the remaining shares in packaging product maker Versatile Creative Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the closing date for the acceptance of the offer had been extended to Dec 2.
