Scomi ties up with Handal Resources to penetrate Africa and Middle East

KUALA LUMPUR: Scomi Oiltools Sdn Bhd, the oilfield services unit of Scomi Energy Services Bhd, has partnered with Handal Resources Bhd to penetrate Africa and Middle East markets.

The collaboration with Handal, a integrated offshore crane services provider and fabricator, is for the supply of modular work over rig, offshore pedestal cranes and to offer related operations services to oilfields overseas. Scomi said the collaboration would help promote homegrown solutions in countries where Scomi was present.
