PETALING JAYA: All eyes are on Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd now that the dynamics behind the new offer for the water concessionaires in Selangor have changed.

It was reported yesterday that the federal and Selangor governments had struck a deal to address the five-year impasse on the water asset takeover.
