Boardroom tussle at Extol


KUALA LUMPUR: Four shareholders of Extol MSC Bhd, holding no less than 10% of the company’s paid-up capital, have requisitioned for an EGM to remove three directors and appoint three new ones to the board.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Extol said it had received the notice and requisition from Manjung Untung Sdn Bhd, Crystal Privilege Sdn Bhd, Datuk Lai Wen Shian and Datuk Lai Wen Horng.
