PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd
(PNHB) executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail has dropped a hint that the company would probably accept the offer from the state to take over the water assets.
In a statement yesterday, Rozali said that he would be calling for an EGM to present the Federal Government’s proposal as well as the takeover offer for the consideration of shareholders.
