Iris Corp, major shareholders launch VGO for Versatile Creative


KUALA LUMPUR: Iris Corporation Bhd's unit and several shareholders owning 89.49% stake of Versatile Creative Bhd, have proposed a voluntary general offer (VGO) to buy the remaining stake at 50 sen a share.

Iris Corp said on Tuesday the joint offerors had proposed a VGO to buy the remaining 11.63 million shares or 10.51% for a total of RM5.81mil and subsequently to delist the company.
