KUALA LUMPUR: PDZ Holdings Bhd
has confirmed a StarBiz report that Pelaburan MARA Bhd had bought 233.248 million shares.
It said on Friday that Pelaburan Mara had acquired the shares, comprising of a 26.83% stake, from off market transactions and also the open market.
