Felda Investment to make takeover offer for Encorp


PETALING JAYA: Felda Investment Corp, an investment arm of the Federal Land Development Authority set up last July, will be making a mandatory take-over offer to acquire all the remaining shares, warrants and redeemable convertible secured loan stocks (RCSLS) in property and construction player Encorp.

The offer price would be RM1.55 per share, 55 sen per warrant and RM1.55 per RCSLS.
