PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd’s proposed acquisition of a 100% stake in Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd (Silk) has raised expectations that the group’s planned listing of its highway concession assets is back on track.

CIMB Research said this in a note, describing the diversified group’s latest proposed move to buy up the concession holder for the 37-km Kajang Traffic Dispersal Ring Road, as “significant” to the group’s asset base profile.
